Thank you! He is working at losing weight and he is also cutting back on work. Neither of those things are easy as they own a few businesses. As I said, they are being well looked after but I like to know what to expect.

Concern rather than worry I'd say. It's treatable but remember it's the underlying cause that needs treating.

Agree with Galen. It's not the problem it used to be, just sounds dramatic my husband has had it for years and has medication for it with no side effects.

A lot of people don't have symptoms at all. Treatment depends on the underlying cause and can vary from drugs to pacemaker.
