I am in a panic "again" I was going to a game outside and sprayed bug repellent on my legs. I forgot to wash my hands as we were leaving the house, about 30 minutes later my g.son (3yrs) was eating a popsicle and it was going to pop out so I took my finger (that I used to spray the bug spray "I stupidly fogot") and pushed his popsicle back down. Then as he ate the rest it hit me like a ton of bricks what did I just do. I am now afraid that I poisoned my g.son. I told his mom, so she could keep an eye out. But I am riddled with anxiety. Help!!
