Since we’ve had rain, the geraniums in a small walled bed have gone mad, growing strongly when our geraniums in general have been rubbish this year. They were so sparse that DH put some chilli plants in the bed as well. Even though I don’t like chilli I’m tempted to put some in next year just because of the beautiful colour they provide. The fuchsias need sorting out when they eventually flower, they started to pop up in August!

Rosie51 Thank you for sending me the plant name. I seem to have the 'Mrs. Heggaty' variety. I Can now stop wracking my brains. 
My white Cosmos is still blooming, in fact little seedings are appearing. A pity they won’t last.
This fuchsia is still producing its beautiful blooms.
