It's quite hot here at the minute, but DD is out shopping for rain jackets for their visit on Monday. (from South coast).
I think the boys are looking forward to splashing in the rain.

Yes, it is like an like an endurance test!

I’m literally doing next to nothing.
I get up, do about an hour of pointless pottering about, make sure the animals are okay, stare into space, faff about on here, try and fail to read a book, have a cold bath, drink some very chilled wine, eat cheese and crackers…
(it’s not all bad, I suppose!)

Thanks nada it’s like an endurance test isn’t it? (the heat not nerdle). If it lasted for weeks there would be no cleaning or cooking done here! ?
