Has anyone tried escape rooms with young kids?

Not yet, because Covid, but it could be fun. It's on my to do list. It might be good practice to try some online escape games. It might help with some of the puzzle approches and to understand the concept more.

My daughter has invited me to try one of the best escape rooms London based that she recently found online. We haven’t booked yet, but we’re currently thinking of bringing my 8 yr old grandson with us. Do you think escape rooms are okay with young kids? Thanks in advance!
