I’m vegan so I always use the tinned green lentils in various dishes to bulk out instead of meat.
I have never had a problem with reheating them especially in curries, chilli’s, spag bol, and stews.
As others have said I also reheat rice from Chinese takeaways the next day. I give it a long blast in the microwave at full heat and I’ve never had a problem.
