Being French and my husband Spanish, we are grand fans of international cheeses.
We do a 7 cheese variety and each one is different ..
1 French soft cheese, usually a Brie ..
1 Italian aged cow cheese such as Pecorino Romano or Pecorino del Emilia Romana. Or a fresh cheese such as Buratta from Puglia or Napoli Mozzarella di Bufala.
1 Spanish goat cheese with a Paprika rind from the La Vera Extremadura Autonomous Community or Galician Don Simon de La Costa Smoked cow cheese.
1 Aged Sheep cheese - usually Manchego from Albacete, Castilla La Mancha.
1 French semi tender such as Comté .. from the Savoie Region.
1 British Blue Stilton ..
1 Spanish Asturian Blue Picon with blue berries ..
They are served on a board with freshly baked Baguettes from the bakery warm temperature and fruits such as apples, blue berries, black berries and pithaya or mango are served on a separate board to accompany .. with cards indicating which cheese is which and a brief description and country affiliation.
We are grand fans of most cheeses except orange cheeses.
