I have the Cosori Air Fryer Toaster Oven I bought on Amazon a couple of years ago. I've loved it. I've baked pizza, bread, cakes, pies, casseroles, etc --all with success. Looking inside, it's 4 heating elements and a fan. So in my mind, it's more of a mini-convection oven. The elements heat the space and the fan spins the heated air around for more even cooking. It has broil/toaster/bagel settings that seem to heat the upper elements hotter than the lower elements. But it's still just an oven. I wouldn't bake my steak in a regular oven so I haven't in this. It's great to reheat some leftover steak, though.
