I've just cooked cheesy-breadcrumbed Basa, with sweet potatoes and oven-roasted Mediterranean vegetables. (It's a Gousto recipe I had ages ago) Gorgeous.
A cooked lunch of fish pie (DD’s favourite), broccoli and carrots today. A wedge of Lancashire and an apple was supper. Washed down with a glass of Highland Park.
Today I made Jamie’s frumpy veg pie with a few adjustments I added mushrooms and some double cream. I topped the potatoes with butter and finished it off in the oven absolutely delicious.
