In Marseille, on business.
Here is where I had lunch.

Jacket potato soup. Bread had to be baked, potatoes at same time. Salad, fruit, and apple galette.

Cold salmon with rice salad.
Waitrose Butterscotch ice-cream to follow.

Pork chops and sweet potato tray bake with apples and cider.
Raspberry and blackberry crumble with cream for dessert. Made by me in my new oven.

Pork kebabs on BBQ, last of English Asparagus along with vegetable rice. (I am about to start dicing the vegetables and cook the rice)

Slow cooker beef in stock and red wine with mashed potatoes and green veg.

Too hot for slaving over a hot stove!

Love liver Whitewave sadly MrJ doesn’t.
Change of plan here as we ate a very late lunch with my brother, a snack if desperate.

Liver and bacon in onion and mushroom gravy, cauliflower, green beans and boiled new potatoes.

Paella made from odds and sods. Turned out pretty good.

Pan fried rainbow trout with salad and first new potatoes from my allotment. Fruit salad with strawberries, peaches, nectarine, pear and apple. 2 squares of dark chocolate.

All of your dinners sound soooo lovely, have been decorating and am now too tired to vacate the sofa. Knew I shouldn't look at this thread. Still, inspiration for the coming week and the green wallpaper isn't bubbly!

Pork chop with new potatoes and steamed veg.

Roast pork, parmesan roasted Jersey Royals and salad.

The pork was supposed to be barbecued but the weather is a bit iffy.

Venison, new potatoes yet to be dug up from the garden, baby carrots and peas from my friends allotment.

Fillet of lamb, mint sauce, and what are probably the last of the Jersey royals and local asparagus.

Oven roasted sweet potatoes - stuffed with spiced chick peas, mushrooms and topped with a tahini dressing. Bread (baked same time roasting potatoes, save oven time-on warm day. Salad, fruit.

We'd lots of tomatoes and lettuces to use up. Children love Mexican, we had lots of children over to play out in the yard and pool. So, Mexican. Easy.

24 / 06: Saturday Shopping and Lunch Out.

Chicken sausages, mash and beans, MrJ is cooking.

Visitors today so cold turkey and ham, Green salad plus baked potatoes. Going to try a new recipe, from. Good Housekeeping. Red onion, figs and nectarines, cut into eighths .Scattered with hazelnuts, tarragon, chilli flakes, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Topped with a lump of feta. Cooked for 20mins in a hot oven.
DD and I will give it a try anyway.

Cauliflower cannellini casserole, bread, salad, cabbage salad, fruit. Not sure to pudding, depends on numbers of extra people.
