Lakeland mini multi cooker

I bought this over a year ago, I’ve used it about a dozen times. Really I think it is just an automatic saucepan. It brings your food to the boil and keeps boiling it. It’s OK for rice, but give me my slow cooker every time.

Has anyone bought/used this? My small slow cooker seems to be spoiling foods, I think the element is going. So, I have purchased the above, mainly for slow cooking, but also for some of the other functions.

Any thoughts?
