pressure cooking topside

i have a 3lb rolled topside ordered from my butcher for christmas - i remember from years ago my aunt cooking topside/silverside in pressure cooker and it was absolutely delicious- does any one know how long i would need to cook it for - we like our beef on the medium to well done side - tia

I use a pressure cooker and my rule of thumb is that cooking anything takes about a third of the time it would take to boil. My guess would be about 30 - 40 minutes at pressure. Maybe others here will have ideas.
