Hotel Chocolat especially the milk chocolate ones with a runny caramel filling ?! Also honeycomb ice cream, oh and millionaires shortbread! I will stop now!
Rich fruit cake with marzipan and icing, Eccles cakes, peanut M&Ms, peanut butter sandwiches, pitted prunes with custard, carrot cake, ginger cake, ginger biscuits dipped in coffee, Victoria sponge........... Stop me somebody please
Marzipan in any flavour or form. My favourites are Niederegger orange or pistachio in milk chocolate. But at a pinch the leftovers from decorating the Christmas cake will do.
Not really got a sweet tooth, but do like Lidl's dark chocolate coated ginger biscuits and Aldi's dark chocolate hazelnut bar. Am also partial to Hotel Chocolat chocolates, very rich, on a totally different level to other makes of chocolates and totally irresistible.
I used to love a Twirl in my pre-diabetic days, although a Tunnock's tea-cake would also go down a treat. Difficult to stop at one though when there's another 5 in the box!
Nowadays my guilty pleasure is a Cadbury Freddo, a small but perfectly formed small bar of real milk chocolate. Other than chocolate, a wee pack of salt and vinegar Ringos.
I don't have much of a sweet tooth but occasionally have a couple of squares of 70% dark chocolate. I like apple crumble but very rarely have it. The one sweet thing I really like is vanilla ice cream but only have a couple of spoonfuls.
I couldn't eat milk chocolate other sweets nowadays. They are far too sweet.
I'm torn between coconut ice cream from an Italian ice cream parlour nearby or a chocolate north pole from a different ice cream parlour. Failing that a galaxy ripple.
