I'm using up as much as I can from the freezer over the next three days so tonight we're having Meatball biryani (three home made pork and three Tesco leftovers,) with some added cooked diced chicken and a rather shrivelled looking red pepper from the salad draw.
My electric pressure cooker does a lovely job of biryani. The rice is perfectly cooked.
