Carluccios sell a small gf panettone. I've got one and hidden it!! I've always been so envious of the smell when dh toasts his for breakfast.

My Sil has recently changed his diet to gf.
He works away from home,
so I haven't as yet been able to have a chat with him about his 'new regime'.
He is only home for Christmas day and has to leave boxing day morning
I would like to buy or make him
some simple (not a great cook) seasonal treats.
Some of which he would be able take back with him.
Any gnetters advice and recipes gratefully received
