Corned beef recipes please.

I enjoy corned beef with creamy mash, beetroot and pickles. We use to have this as a children when we were hard up it made a cheap meal!!

Hi shysal I usually put tin corned beef in a tomatoe sauce with onions and garlic then cook some macaroni pasta and put the corned beef sauce with the pasta put in 6 eggs and bake it s lovely ps grated cheese on top smile

No suggestions, shysal but just wanted to thank you for (correctly) referring to it as corned beef, and not "corn" beef! grin

Bake a potato. Cut it in half and scoop out the flesh.
Mash it up with corned beef and a little tomato ketchup.
Put the mixture back in the skins. heat through, either straight away or later.

I have recently had a clear-out of my food cupboard and found about half the items were out of date! I want to use up a can of corned beef, dated April 2017, and am looking for something different from the usual hash. I thought about cutting it into large fingers and doing a toad-in-the-hole, or even a pie, but any other suggestions would be welcome, healthier if possible.
