Vegan

Don't use the recipe for Spinach & feta fingers - feta isn't vegan & neither is butter (unless you buy the vegan versions, of course)

But phoenix you can't really suggest that non vegans like cows, sheep, pigs etc? It seems a strange way to show your liking for an animal (as opposed to its meat) by eating it.

And the answer to your questions is that vegans do not use anything that is of animal origin, so that would of course include leather, wool, honey, lanolin, etc. They simply do not want to exploit animals in any way. I'm not a vegan, but I respect their choices

I often wonder why vegans become vegans? If it isn't an allergy thing, then they must really dislike cows, sheep, chickens and pigs, because they would become defunct if everyone went vegan.

Do people who adopt a vegan diet also only wear shoes that are not made from leather? What about clothes made from wool? I can't imagine many farmers keeping sheep just for shearing.
