Coffee Gateau Recipe from Lyons Coffee Tin

Does anyone have the recipe for coffee gateau which was on a dark green circular leaflet from the top of a tin of Lyons coffee? I can't find mine anywhere. The cake consisted of three layers of open textured fatless sponge soaked in (Lyons) coffee and layered with whipped cream mixed with hazelnut praline. It took about three days to make but was seriously decadent.

Oh! How gorgeous. I still fantasise about Fullers walnut cake. Oh well at least there's no calories in fantasy cake.

I used to love Kunzle' s cakes, but when they brought them back at Waitrose about 10 years ago I found them sickly sweet. Yuk.
