I agree with Alea - many young people seem to not drink very much if at all, despite reports to the contrary. We are often the recipients of disapproving glances when we stay with the DCs and import our own beverages of choice.
Sadly IMHO many of the soft drinks that are offered as alternatives to wine and beer contain large amounts of sugar and possibly do as much damage to the liver as alcohol does.
Apart from a very small glass of orange juice for breakfast, besides alcohol I only drink tea, coffee and water.
