Fudge

Has anyone got an easy(ish) recipe for fudge? Fancy making some with GS next week. I don't have a sugar thermometer.

I made loads as presents, a couple of Chritmasses ago. I got the recipie from the Internet. It was basically golden caster sugar and double cream!! Oh the calories!

I flavoured some with chopped hazelnuts, some with crystallised ginger and some I left plain.

When it gets to thicken it's done, but I did buy a thermometer to check.

I make white choc fudge, very easy hardly any beating, is delicious. Google it tchgrin
