I went up to a local farm today where they have Bison and Venison as I wanted to buy some of the latter for our New Year dinner. The bison were gorgeous and its seems so strange to see them in the English/Leicestershire countryside.

We have lots of buffalo round here- and the local farmers make prize winning Mozzarella- well they have to call it something else legal reasons (Bufflone). Yes, quite surprising when you see them for the first time.
