I made mushroom and onion tartlets with a vegan pastry mix from the local health shop today for a carol concert tonight, DBH made vegetarian mince pies. We give a tartlet away with every drink and every choir member has to make a couple of dozen mince pies or equivalent. Some of the others were laughing and said no-one would touch them - they all went.
