Pork ribs slathered in marinade and cooked in the slow cooker. I'll probably crisp them up in the oven, served with oven chips (po-tah-toes from the garden); the beetroot relish I made yesterday (beets also from the garden); and a green salad with tomaytoes (the latter from the garden!).
Cake-in-a-mug each with Bramley apple (also from the garden).
It's a treat dinner tonight

I was going to do spicy sausage pasta tonight and paprika chicken on Wednesday but DS has decided to come for a meal on Wednesday [mainly to watch the match!!] and has requested the sausage pasta. We had chicken and rice yesterday so can't have rice tonight, no one likes paprika chicken with potatoes. Flipping people!!
