Is there anyone else with a food allergy (eg gluten, lactose etc)? Do you have any good tips?

Having just been on a GF baking course it set me wondering how many other members are gluten intolerant, lactose intolerant etc and, if you are, do you have any tips about good brands, websites, suppliers etc?
