Itās a shock isnāt it keeping quiet. If socialising I can easily put on a pound a day when I am away, , thatās half a stone a week
with me always watching what I eat.
I was away for a few days last week and put on the inevitable 3 lbs but have been careful since and am down 3 lbs.
SWorld advise cutting down on bread and cheese, so bread and crisps both carbs are probably too much together. Was the soup home made or tinned? If homemade check the amount of sugar and the rest of those ingredients we dont recognise. Can be surprisingly high.
Having said that I had a small slice of sour dough loaf with pate (which needed using,) an apple, cucumber and gherkin for lunch. ⦠itās hard isnāt it. Keep going though, we all know it makes sense,
