First dress in 40yrs

I have lost nearly a stone after illness but unfortunately none from waist or tummy area. I can't get into any of my good trousers so will be in elastic waisters for Christmas.

You have done so well. You must have been very determined and it has paid off.
As it’s taken you so long you, hopefully, will find it easier to keep it off than those who lose it quickly.
