Do any of you regularly use one? Any advice very welcome before I go out looking for one.
I know I need more exercise. Because of arthritis, my consultant has forbidden rope skipping and step (which I enjoy) and isn't happy about my treadmill either (rather relieved about that though). I don't like swimming. I do a fair of walking as most days I'm out and about with one grandchild or another in a pushchair, But that's all fairly gentle.
I'm very wobbly on an ordinary bike, but a trike seems a good idea. What do you all think?
