Down 200g from 2 weeks ago at 64.9kg. Not spectacular, and I didn't report last week because of , but let's just hope for the best! Good luck, everyone!
Morning fellow losers! Having had over a month time-out I am obviously about a ton heavier than I was when I last weighed, but it would be unfair to everyone to count that in the running total as I wasn't taking part in the challenge then. It was a very stressful period which involved a certain massive amount of comfort eating which is always lethal isn't it!
I am now starting a new 'Mission Weightloss' and must get serious! I weighed yesterday morning as always and was 161.2lbs which is 11st 7+lbs ouch My target is 10st 7/8/9lbs so I have a stone to lose
Good luck everyone - hopefully the spring is on its way (snowing here this morning ) and we will be able to get out more? That would make us all feel so much better and more inclined to exercise - bit of ironing now then bit of hoovering - who knows haha
Well done When - a loss is a loss -hope for the best!
Well done sbagran, I will join you on mission weight loss. I realise I have been faffing about with it in the last month and getting nowhere slowly!good Luck.
Not at work so no proper scales to use [mine aren't very accurate] but all I know is that I'm sticking to my diet/healthy eating plan really well, with no eating between meals, although we're at Cheltenham tomorrow for the racing and will have to take sandwiches to eat [can't easily smuggle other sorts of food in ]. Hopefully going oop north next week and should kick start some exercise as well [note to self; don't forget to pack the walking poles].
Sbagran I am also back on the weight loss challenge I need to get down a couple of dress size's for the wedding of the year in September, last week I shed 4lbs and hope for the same this week but I don't get weighed until Thursday my scales at home also have a mind of their own and spill out random numbers I'm looking to loose about 1st.in total maybe a wee bit more so I can get into a size 12/14 comfortably.
when every little bit helps sba its good to have you back, I hope you had the music on when you were ironing and hoovering its surprising how many calories you burn off.
grannyeggsteganglamma I think the weather has been miserable but hopefully it will turn and we can get more enthusiastic. Having something to work towards is the best incentive we can have, and wedding outfits is the best you can get.
This weeks total .5lb Challenge total 2stone 13.9.5lb
I can add 1 lb to the target this week having lost last week's gain plus 1 lb. It is jolly hard work when you can't exercise!
Tegan I hope it is holiday which is taking you off work and not illness?
Well done when.
Hi returners/starters Good luck to you all. I only came back last week since before Christmas and want to lose as much as I can so I can get into my summer clothes. Then I need to keep it of for our son's wedding next year.
Hi, I've stayed the same again this week. Passing that 13 stone mark is proving more difficult than I thought. Maybe if the weather improves ..............
I have lost 3lbs this week amazing what bronchitus can do for weight loss move you seem to have got your head in the right place well done. notsomrshatgalen right lets sweep it under the carpet and a new start from tomorrow, its been a difficult weekend for lots of us when its sometimes the only time our family spoil us, and you cant refuse a little spoiling. So chin up onward we go
I think I am going to have to join you lot for moral support. I took 4 yr old DGD to nursery yesterday; when she came home she reported that her friend Hannah said 'your Granny's fat'. Ok, I'd like to be a couple of stone lighter, but I ain't fat. As DD remarked 'you should see Hannah's Mummy - that's fat!' DD and I are both eating healthily - she to lose baby weight and I am on the 2:5 regime although finding it a little difficult to remain on track while staying here in Oz.
If you are having problems sticking to the 5:2 try cutting out bread, oil (use fry light to cook with if you can get that over there) and up your fruit and veg, make sure you are having milk for your calcium but be careful with cheese. You dont need to cut out your wine just try to cut back a little and you will see some good results.
Boo hoo 2lb up after warners weekend will get that off actually put 3lb on lost 1already. Trouble is away next week mon to fri so important lose 2lb before Mon disappointed first gain since jan
