Bit better this week - was 2 lbs down so pleased.

I've lost another pound, but it's really tough trying to shift it at the moment! Bodies are weird....even when you're sticking to the rules, sometimes the weight will drop, sometimes it wont.

Annoyed with myself. The trouble with achieving the 58 kilos I think of as my target weight is that I always get complacent. Couple that with a prolonged fortnight's burst of chaperoning ( sandwiches or more sandwiches ...or nothing for hours ) and a grandson's birthday and I had decided not to weigh myself this morning. However , biting the bullet ( making a change from sandwiches )I have discovered I have put on nearly 2 lbs. This will drop off . The secret is not to get alarmed and be sensible whenever possible. Encouragement required please!

Apologies everyone, I've put on a pound. I blame DS and his fiancee for taking us out for Mothering Monday because he will be out of the country on Sunday. I don't think I am supposed to have 2 margaritas on a diet am I? And then the fiancee force fed me toblerone and maltesers while we looked at wedding cakes and dresses online and the chaps went to football so I blame them entirely!

Not weighing in this week because we're away visiting friends and family in London and West Country and I haven't had access to any scales.
I think after all the at the lunch on Thursday and at the weekend it's probably just as well

I am feeling at bit more human thanks everone, so I have been to get weighed and have lost 1/2lb not much but still managed to make my 1.5 stone award so I am pleased with that after lunch with the Grans on Thursday and then a full day at the Marie Curie Daffodil day on Saturday I hadnt expected even that.

grannyK trying to get the balance once you are at target is difficult, and the sandwiches wont have helped but somethimes you have to eat what you can get a hold of, just dont loose sight of where you want to be as it goes on much easier than it comes off, you can do it
move just think that the chocs end up on your hips and if your looking at wedding dresses and cakes, you will have to start looking for your outfit.

I know the two pounds sounds good but it only puts me back to the position I was before I went the wrong way - however I was pleased to have gone down a bit more. Because we had a huge bough break off a pine tree overnight I had to change my title to lumberjack's assistant this morning - walked what seemed like miles dragging branches to the bonfire pile - do you think I old have bunt off a few more grammes?

Have stayed the same, had a binge day yesterday and am giving myself a bit of a talking to,will do better next week.
