I started last week and just finished my 4th fasting day yesterday - I agree the trick is to be busy - I have eaten the same thing on all 4 days though this may change in the future - this is what i have fancied - I had 2 eggs (only 1 yoke) plus a little milk for brecky and veg soup at about 7.30 pm. I have lost 4lb - I feel really well and at the moment i am not suffering at all & loving the fact you can have what you fancy the next day within reason of course

No cals, carbs and it's healthy. Wow. Thanks too shysal for all the info on this diet, day one for me today - it just seems so easy to fit into a normal life. Ordered £50s of this miracle stuff from Ebay so hopes are high.
