Down .3kg to 65kg.
I think that's about half a pound so not much of a contribution to the joint effort [embarrassed]
On the other hand done quite a bit of walking and went to Zumba on Thursday so maybe put some muscle on ???
Someone I know shouldn't be driving. In my opinion.


and it was getting me down, but plan to get back to it this week and hopefully get rid of the extra weight I put on over Christmas and a pound a week will do me.
