I had a bit of a blitz last week. Having hovered around the same weight for a couple of months, than gained 4lbs during a fortnight of outings, I decided it was time to do something drastic.
So for a week I've eaten mainly cabbage soup and salad and only had wine on one day (that's the really drastic bit)
It worked and I've lost 5lbs, so I'm now all fired up to keep on losing more. It feels as though I've kick-started my body back into action again. I wont be able to keep up last week's regime though as the cabbage soup does have fairly anti-social consequences and I need wine more than once a week to avoid de-hydrating.
