DH told the 80+ lady that he a 70+ diabetic wouldn't be coming to do her garden today, for her sake and his.
She was a bit miffed !

So many seemingly sensible people are flouting instructions.
My neighbour has been to the hairdresser, end of last week, been to the garden centre, had dinner at her D's on Sunday and had a man in today doing oddjobs.
We share a cleaner and I have asked her today to suspend coming.
My neighbour has asked her to continue to come as she can't manage without her.
She is intelligent and a nice person, just blind to things which would affect her comfort and wellbeing.

After everything that's been spelled out, the children from two families in our little close are outside playing together! What are their parents thinking of? Are they stupid? I am incensed.
