Going to the gym, and having a good workout, putting those kids in there to shame!

Definitely having a girls night with my adult daughter and step daughters, we the most fun, listening and dancing to music, a few glasses of prosecco and I feel 25 again!

I always feel younger end more energised after an active day , be it a run , a gym session or a geocatching trip .

Laughing with old friends and good relationships with younger people in my family and local community.

As well as being a Nana to 3 little ones I am a preschool teacher. Spending all my time with little people keeps you young at heart - though maybe my knees don't always feel so young!

Laughing with our teen grand-daughter reminds me of those belly-hurting laughs we enjoyed as teens.

Spending time with my Granddaughter. She loves helping in the garden & I end up planting the flowers & vegetables she wants to grow. I also spend time cooking with her.

When my favourite tune comes on the radio

My gorgeous little Cocker Spaniel keeps me young - she loves her walks and to play

I went to an 80's retro music festival a couple of months ago and my sister and I dressed up for it.... just putting on those stonewashed jeans, the legwarmers, neon t-shirts and all the blue eyeshadow and mascara ... it was like deja vu .... I felt like 20 all over again!!!

Talking to a rediscovered friend from junior school. Haven't seen each other in over 45 years, but feel that like that confident, daring child all over again.

A bus ride on the front seat of a double decker bus with my husband and we feel young again.

Cycling I love it xx
