walking hand and hand with hubby along the beach always takes me back to our courting days and reminds me how lucky we are to still be as in love with each other after 36 years

I've recently joined the gym and walking out of the gym after a workout - all tired & sweaty - in my trainers makes me feel young...…..and a million dollars.

Spending time with my nieces who are younger than me

My nephews and nieces ! They are much younger than my own kids even though their parents are older than me! Not forgetting music! My kids tease me endlessly because I love pop music of today.. I don’t feel I am old when I blast stormzy,bieber,zayn,james arthur and the likes ..

I feel young being around young people

Being with my best friend laughing and talking silly like our childhood days we never matured ???

Going to the beach makes me feel young every time because I love nothing better than to go searching for sea creatures in the rock pools.

Enjoying a winter holiday in the sun with an old school friend - time to catch up and time to reminisce ?

Listening to music from the 70’s and 80’s!

Spending time with the grandchildren in the big outdoors & camping ? showing them how to set up a tent & hunting for fire wood ?

Walking and observing life in the city or countryside. Just thinking how great it is to be part of this world & feel that same sense of freedom I felt when I was young. I am part of this world & it feels great.

Music and dancing with my crazy grandchildren makes me feel young and energised again.

Taking up a new hobby,I'm loving the gym at the moment:-)

Looking after my small grandchildren and being bossed round by the 3 year old granddaughter, and listening to her telling her 5 year old cousin what to do and how to do it!!

Playing walking netball with my wi friends good fun and very competitive. Realising I’m 72 not22. Still lot of life in the old girl!

Music. Just being able to transport back to the time and place. That and pick n’ mix!
