Can I just say "Cruel Gransnet"
I fell for the Amsterdam "competition" on Facebook and feel very silly
but also disappointed as I was looking forward to it!!!

it would have been a trip worth winning about time GNHQ sorted a national meet up.
Congrats to ginny, crunchy, roaminggranny, adriancrook and knuttyknitter who have won a pair of tickets each to Cake International – The Sugarcraft, Cake Decorating & Baking Show
Please check your emails for more details.
geraldine did you notice my hint Thu 04-Apr-13 16:34:01 about a national meet up?
Somewhere like NEC would be central, but would it be big enough
Gracesmum you weren't alone on FB... very mean, I thought
I always thought Haltwhistle, Northumberland was the centre of the UK.
gilybob I think Haltwhistle may struggle to accomodate us all if its the size of the NEC we need.
gerealdine fantastic, we can get our heads together and see what we can come up with, I think if people had pleanty of notice you would get a good turn out.
Good idea Geraldine (hrrmph, my suggestion to do this about a year ago must have been consigned to the bowels of GNHQ [sticky-out-tongue emoticon]
Stick a pin in the centre of the UK map and work it out from there - just to be fair of course! London would be too expensive for hotels but on the other hand I quite fancy a trip darn sarf........
