I'm not sure, is the answer. I'll be leaving the purchase of a turkey till Friday or Saturday, confident that there are always plenty left and I've got a leg of lamb in the freezer as a backup, just in case. I have family both days. My son and his girlfriend who are coming Boxing Day will be bringing a Daylesford hamper, crate sized, with them (work related) which contains a cooked ham, relishes and various cheeses to add to the cold turkey and salads of Boxing Day. There will probably be smoked salmon and cold cooked meats left beyond the 26th. We usually go out for an Indian meal post Christmas on the 27th or 28th. By which time it will be business as usual in the super markets.
