Are You Finding the Hot Weather is Making you Short Tempered?

Often a spelling mistake is more a quick typing error. Or fat finger. Or not so good vision. The only one that drives me almost to drink is ".could of" instead of "could have" etc.
But to be honest in too hot or too cokd weather I don't really care that much.

Today and this week, I would love it if the enforced hiding from the heat allowed me to do more indoors. But it's too hot. And would be a bit silly healthwise. Lets all try and steer clear of A&E by being sensible.

I can roll my eyes reading about GNs doing things outdoors in hot weathee when all that can wait for cooler weather.

I raise an eyebrow when I spot a spelling mistake , too lazy to do anything else

I get much more lethargic in the heat. I really find temperatures of more than about 26C intolerable.
And, yes, I’m grumpier than normal because I loathe not being able to do things, sweat like the proverbial pig and turn into a panda with a scarlet, glowing face with white round my mouth and eyes…

The very warm weather does make me a bit more lethargic than usual but not grumpy.
I don’t really think that warm weather is an excuse to be scathing of others. In fact I can’t think of any acceptable reason to be openly critical of others whether for their political beliefs, their personal circumstances. their literacy skills or anything else.
Only outright rudeness, racism and outright lies should be challenged but even then can be done with a modicum of politeness. Challenge the issue not the poster.

Lazier, reading more. I am also getting more washing done it dries so quickly.
I am doing basic cleaning and doing the garden later in the evening.
I love going out to eat in cafes when I go out but find now I only have a drink.
Shirty comments and posts sbout people's literacy are ignored. Too hot to bother with posters like that.

I feel much better physically and mentally. Long live the warm weather.

Perhaps you are simply noticing the 'negativity' more just now?
Here is a cool sip of your favourite tipple to enjoy as you scroll. 🥂

I am.

I have also noticed some of the posts on GN threads are touchier.

Criticism about the low level of literacy evidenced by some of us has crept in. Shirty statements and replies are becoming more common.

I expect things will improve when the temperature drops.
