Are there any current ads that make you laugh?

most irritate me but the one I really really hate is that advert for 'All over deodorant' The one that says 'Balls' 'Bums' 'Arms' 'Crotch' or whatever and then shows people covering themselves in the deodorant.Encouraging lazy people to spray themselves instead of using soap and water..YUCK !!

Cabbie21 totally agree she sounds like a spoilt brat can't stand the advert I know I'm over thinking here but when food is in such short supply for some and they rely on food banks to feed their children I think the advert is in ' bad taste

I record most programmes and fast-forward through the ads.

I love the Peptobismol one, the Nationwide ones and Specsavers. Can’t stand the ones for leaky or smelly bits and totally agree about the current Lidl one.

I always liked the Haribo ads too!

We all have a different sense of humour !

Of course we do, it’s the only thing that accounts for The Royle Family, Benny Hill, Norman Wisdom and The Big Bang Theory plus all the very many things I dislike and others roll around laughing at.

The Lidl one is making me cross. Little daughter checks what Dad has bought for her specific requirements. Since when did small children speak to their parents like that? All too often, it seems.

This one really annoys me.

I don't like the chips one, pretending food is a game and that it's all healthy and what family means. I detest most ads though, think I'm a grumpy old woman now, especially those dippy women who play bingo and the Jane plan where everyone is so super excited about everything. And I hate the adverts that use Hit songs with stupid words such as the Bold advert using Gold, the Flash ads, in fact I don't think there is any ad that I like at all. That's it, I'm definitely a grumpy old Woman.

The Specsavers ads for me too, with my favourite being the poor bloke calling his girlfriend in tears because he has 'lost' the dog (who is trotting along right behind him).

I can't think of any that make me laugh, I mostly try to ignore them but there are several that really annoy me.

I always laugh at the Pepto Bismol one and I love the foxes on the boat advertising a brand of beer.

The Boots summer advert, where dad asks for the boots bag, and mum turns round with such an innocent look on her face. Makes me smile every time, and I think, well you should have done it yourself

That's a very clever advert and it's also very funny. All three actors play their part very well in promoting the Boots brand

My favourite Specsavers one was with the clown in a jackinabox. I said supplies! Mostly they make me cringe and I avoid them as much as possible.

I also like the Nationwide ad with Dominic West ( says to his assistant ‘muffin me’ and so on.)
Oh, and the cute dachshund that travels about in a pink car nodding happily at people.Not sure what the ad is for, insurance I guess?

I enjoy all the adverts for Smarty particularly the one where the road side stall holder selling just a few loose potatoes and onions accepts only cryto currency

Also the current one where the chap with his wheely suitcase does the very British thing of just accepting that he has to traverse the completely empty zig zag line to check in - just as he gets to the end the agent announces check in is now closed - priceless

Yes Oreo, that's about the only one that I find amusing.
I also hate the precocious child talking to her father like he is the staff.
Lots of kids' programs seem to feature such behaviour from children.....and parents who tolerate it!
