How annoying .
Could you be allergic to deodorant?
Could you have a fungal infection in your armpits?
Could your detergent be setting off an allergy?

I also like Cuticura talc .
Perhaps an antihistamine will break the itch cycle.
You might have to wash that area with plain water during several times a day and apply talc .

I met a friend yesterday who gardened during the heat wave and her arms and legs are covered in itchy blisters.
To be frank , I was shocked when I saw them .
I've had urticaria since the heatwave .

I used to sweat quite bad as a teenager up to my 30s, I think because I was nervous all the time.
I used diclor but found it to be quite vicious stuff.
Now in my 60s I’ve got that thing what Prince Andrew has I don’t seem to sweat anymore 🤣

Have you tried using just something like Savlon cream instead of a deodorant, it might not stop the wetness but it could stop the itching. I can't use anything but natural deodorants but luckily for me I'm not a sweaty person.

Try Cuticura original powder.
It's far nicer than talc and can be bought from Amazon.
I was so impressed that I have suggested it to family and friends and they are now ordering supplies too.

I second speaking to your regular care provider. There may be some prescription antiperspirants you can use. I think some people have also had success with Botox injections in the areas. (Botox is not just for treating wrinkles!)

Could you possibly have picked up a fungal infection like thrush? It sounds most unpleasant.

I seem to have stopped sweating completely ... and bodily hair is a thing of the past! ... other than the occasional individual long white facial hair which seems to appear from nowhere as a fully grown inch long item ... how does it do that?

If you’re having problems with skin irritation then it would be worth talking to your gp. Hyperhidrosis is a recognised condition.

You can buy underarm sweat pads. They are disposable, might help.
I remember sewing absorbing pads into the armpits of my wedding dress. Back then I easily perspired on a hot day or when nervous.

Deodorant body powder might help. There are quite a few talc free brands.

I hope you find a way to be more comfortable soon.
