Cooler here, but blue skies in the South East.

13° and sunny it’s a light breeze was warm enough to walk the dog early this morning. Looks like it’s going to heat up though.

Warm already but pleasant.😃

Bits of blue this morning. Enough to make a sailor’s trousers…as my Mam used to say. But a bit chilly. Rain or at least showers forecast for later in Carmarthenshire.

Warm in the sun - about 20 deg - but clouds kept coming and going, and there was a strong wind. This is in NE Scotland.

I can still sing it all the way through (its s very short hymn 😁)! Funny we learned all the hymns for assembly off by heart many of which I still know now but I'm dawned if I can remember my car registration or new postcode 🫣🤨

Quite windy here but really warm this afternoon.
We had the storm on Thursday morning, quite violent but only for about forty minutes.Tomorrow is supposed to be full sun and 20c.

A cool, slightly breeze morning here in S W Wales, but the sun came out mid morning and it has been a lovely warm afternoon.

Woke up to grey skies and a cool breeze this morning. Rain promised but none arrived and now sun beating down again.

I learned this hymn in infant school way back in the 1960s. I had it at my wedding as it was one I always liked. I'm not religious but it reminded me of happy times at school ☺️

We’ve been doing rain dances here in East London. Nothing forecast till next week.

After Tuesday’s horrendous thundery downpour, it has been dry and warm here in South Yorkshire. Cooler today with cloud building. Next week will be wet. I was putting some plants in this afternoon. Doesn’t seem to be a drop of moisture in the soil.

No rain here, still hot but very bearable now as there’s a breeze.

No rain here in the north east of Scotland but some dark clouds.

Rain 'promised' in North Gloucestershire, but we have not had one drop.

I escaped 32C on Tuesday to Sweden where its 16/17C, our pre heatwave temperature! Sheer bliss. Spent first day catching up on lost sleep!

London/ Essex borders we had a few drops mid morning, I was sitting outside with a friend and we were willing it to rain more but nothing very close and cloudy though so 🤞

Downpour in Leeds yesterday. We’re off to Northern Ireland for 2 weeks from today with most of the family visiting while we’re there. The forecast is for rain and thunder storms every day we’re there- 100% chance of rain most of the time😨
Presently trying to find wet weather activities for 3 small children, 2 babies and 6 probably grumpy adults.
I keep flitting between different weather apps hoping to find a more favourable one.

Yesterday I wore a sundress with no cardi to meet friends for lunch. Today I need a jumper and trousers and rain jacket to go to the shops. Temperature has dropped substantially. Such is life in Central Scotland!

31C in the shade here, lower than previous days. However up near the English Channel, Normandy, they have had hailstones 5cm in diameter.

I'm not far from Bristol, felt like rain this am but in the end we had about 50 raindrops for the whole garden.
Lovely temperature atm sunny & blustery - but the wind will dry things out further.
