You haven’t said what phone you have. You should use your internet browser and query ‘how can I remove malware from my (insert model of phone, eg Samsung Galaxy S2xS, iPhone 11 mini etc).

Ensure that you download anti malware/Cleaner apps from the relevant app store for your phone model.

One of the reasons you may get Malware on your phone is because you have not downloaded safe apps from the relevant app store.

Follow the instructions carefully (you may have to read several sets of instructions to find some that make the process clear to you).

If that doesn't work, take your phone to a mobile phone shop - they should be able to help.

The latter is what I do when I have a problem with my phone, if my son isn't due a visit. My phone is on BT/3 network, so I go into a shop and play at being a silly granny. One of the young assistants always takes pity on me and helps me out.

If it's an iphone, then doing a complete reset/restore to factory settings will wipe everything including malware (back up your data first then redownload it). If it's Android, I believe it's the same - full factory reset (again saving any settings in the cloud if you can so you can re-download them).

Look online for the free version of AVG Whingey, that might help you.
