Yes indeed. Always amused when my adult grandson checks whether “you guys” are okay.

No one knows how many men are on this site because usernames can be anything . I like the fact there are men on here as they view things differently to women .

Even if there was a site just for men it can not be enforced as it is against the discrimination act.

I wonder why the owners of this site and MN don't start one up for men? There are half a dozen men that pop up on here, but I'm sure that if there was one aimed at them it would be popular and well used.

I heavily suspect there's a darn site more than half a dozen.

I wish they would keep their mysoginy-leaning thoughts to themselves. Why does the testosterone factor have try and monopolise everything in life?

My husband discusses lots of things via a football forum. It's part of "his" club... or maybe it's not but they are all fans.

Not just football talk though.
News, politics, clothes, books, TV/film...

Maybe not. Not enough of them anyway. I've often wondered, when I'm looking through the magazine shelves, how many men actually buy men's magazines, I don't mean the top shelf ones, but the other ones about men's lifestyles, fashion etc., my husband and sons haven't bought a magazine in their lives.

But would they? I would have thought that if there was a market someone who have mined it by now. Slight different but I have a vague memory of the BBC launching a 'man's hour' as an equivalent to womans hour and I don't think that lasted.

But that may be because men don't want to come on Mumsnet or Gransnet, but they would look in on Mensnet, my husband wouldn't, forums aren't his thing.

They have a specific forum for men on MN and on here. Neither were well used as far as I am aware so I guess that would by why MN hasn't tried that market.

Mensnet would cover all males, young, old, married, single, gay, parents or childless, grandparents, whatever.

My husband always says when he gets together with his mates at the pub, at work or at the rugby club, they talk about everything except what women talk about. Make of that what you will 😂.

I have been here a few years now. I tend to stick to fairly neutral topics in the main.
I am not clear what the OP has in mind but an all male thread / forum has no appeal.

However, you could start one then, Guysnet, see how you get on, alternatively, you could converse with your wife? ask her how she feels about you wanting/needing relationship discussions?

And, I wish the men we had on here would post more.

And, I wish women wouldn't talk as though this site is exclusively for females saying things like 'Morning Ladies' and 'What do you other ladies think?' Etc.

Round our way you are 'my lovely'. male, female, old and young we have only lived here 9 months and we love it. It sounds so friendly.

As for men on this site. I wish we had more, it would widen the range of our discussions and possibly the range of topics.
