I was a teenager in the 60's and when Patti Boyd was mentioned, I immediately agreed. But perhaps Twiggy is a better choice, as she didn't have the relationship traumas that Patti did (as far as I know...). I've always loved both of them.
I thought I’d say something like Trump or Putin so I could put right all the things etc, etc. But then I realised that this is a serious hypothetical issue so there’s no doubt whatsoever. I’d be Jessica Fletcher.
I’ve thought of someone else I’d like to be, or have been: Miss Read, who wrote the Fairacre and Thrush Green books. Imagine writing lovely books that make people happy, and accidentally making a lot of money because the books sell so well.

If I could be a man and could go back in time too, then I’d be Paul Newman. Good looks, a talented actor and a sensible and stable character. Not to mention women ( and men) swooning over me wherever I went.😂
Paul Newman was the same age as my Dad. Weird years ago during Lockdown I lived in a village near Ilkley with a Library which could only be described as dire.
when I returned a new, ‘dry as dust’ bio of Paul Newman, the officious, volunteer Librarian, turned it over in her hand, asked, “is this a famous person.” unbelievable Joanne Woodward said, he held her interest as he made her laugh. you would have us all swooning, Orea
Had she lived all her life in an Ilkley cave?🤭 I have always wanted blue eyes, so I would have them as well as money and a great life as Newman.
Keira knightly or Claudia, or if allowed Janie Morri, Wm. Morris wife, but not the dead bit! Just think though, lived in the worst hovel in Oxford, went to the theatre, met Morris, Rossetti and all & found herself mister of a home in London and a manor in Oxfordshire
I would be Dr Alice Morgan, the femme fatale in LUTHER not because I want to go round murdering people, BUT I love her confidence, she is not scared of anything or anyone, she radiates empowerment, she is bold and daring and super sexy, gosh I wish I was more like her!
I just thought of another one.... Brigitte Macron..... she's kicked the internet trolls into touch with her victory in the French Courts and she can remain the happy companion of the 25 years younger handsome , intelligent French President. That's not just because he doesn't mind an older woman. I'm aware that my comments are probably ageist and sexist..... I think GsNetters probably will..... *just get over it*😊😊🤣😉
My first thought was Jane Moore from Loose Women! She's about my age, has had a successful career and divorce (😄) always looks great and seems very sorted and in control of her life. Then I thought - maybe an actress who's at the end of her career but has been successful and has so many wonderful memories - Imelda Staunton or Celia Imrie maybe? But I'd also quite like to be Tim Peake or David Attenborough! Hard isn't it?!
