Taichinan I'm very close in age to you. I still value my teeth and would not enjoy carrying extra weight.
But, wouldn't it be boring if we were all the same.

In my defence I must add that nobody has bought me an Easter Egg .......

At the age of (nearly) 84 my girth and teeth are of little interest to me, so I have had, very boringly, a Cadbury's Creme egg most days since they hit the supermarket shelves on Boxing Day. I do enjoy 'boring'.

As I had Lily O'Brien chocolates and Lindt Almond white chocolate for Mothering Sunday I'm not having any chocolate for Easter 🐇🐣

I know it's boring or at least childish but ideally enjoyed starting on my Easter egg this morning.

Millie22 I know what you mean about no heating and hot water. It happened to me last winter. The heating engineer replaced the wrong part, so I was waiting, in the cold, for three weeks in total.

I don't know. I don't like ringlets. I don't ask for them and certainly not horizontal ones. I just ask for a cut and blow dry.

Am back from the hairdresser's and look like a startled spaniel. Very odd horizontal ringlets. One good thing is that every time DH looks at me he bursts out laughing which takes his mind off his bad back.

What is this fashion with ringlets...

I've cut the grass, moved some plants around cleaned the lawnmower etc.
Now my back is even more painful!
Oh well, I suppose I'll have to make do with an ice cold Gin and Tonic.

Been on a 300 mile car journey, I slept for a lot of it. DH was driving.

Aldom alas too late for a pic. I have already applied the clamps to get it all safely back down.

I have washed the floors and therefore cannot move from my couch until they are dry. It could be hours...

Still contemplating the grass here! But have cleaned the patio. While I was away the birds left lots of hints re why I wasn't feeding them!
I've been shopping too.
