Oh I shall sleep well tonight. I’ve dropped my shoulders down from beside my ears. I didn’t realise how tense I’d become. Well yes I did … but it’s only now I’m more relaxed that I can feel the difference.

DD1 has been told she can stop her chemo medication in a month rather than in March. It has been brutal so really good news.
