I agree, staycation means stay at home. In the news, the police knocked at the door of her home last sunday to check she was home.
Frolicking in the (sewagey) sea is a choice and definitely not forced on her. I just hope she doesn't catch something awful.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder - isn’t it?
(66 Posts)I saw this pic of Katie Price today and felt sad for her.
She presumably thinks what she is doing to her face and body make her more attractive, but I am seeing, over inflated lips, an over inflated bust, rough looking skin, dyed hair and unattractive tattoos. I hope she is happy with what this is costing her, but IMO true beauty comes from within- and can shine through the wrinkliest face!
I just know which one I would rather be.
Just so sad.
i hate the use of staycation for a holiday
staycation means actually staying at home

I don't know, all I know is, she's on holiday again today. This time on the Isle of Wight, and she's calling it a "Staycation". It's a bit annoying because many "ordinary" people who don't owe anyone money would think of it as a holiday.
Something struck me today after reading a story about her (and it's comments ) in the online news- and that is.... why is everyone else more worried about her health than she is?
It must be awful for her family as she takes SO many risks with her health. (After going in the swimming pool in Turkey, she's been papped frolicking in the sewagey sea (my friend told me it's piped into the sea at Shanklin) with her seeping wounds. Surely you don't have to have a medical degree to know that's really dangerous? Surely the surgeon warned her?![]()
How is it that even people like me, who are not her actual fans are horrified and more worried about her health than she is?
She might not have any choice as her house has been sold by the bailiffs to cover her debts..
Ouch! I remember the pain of being that full... yes might need permanent pain relief!
I don't think it's judging to show concern for a fellow being (and a little bit of horror for what she puts herself through!)
It’s very sad. She looks dreadful in my opinion, but she wanted it all, so maybe it makes her happy, and who am I to judge?
Her bosom is so over stretched, it looks as if she’s in permanent pain. I remember that pain when I was breastfeeding and my milk was overflowing, it was incredibly painful, and she looks like that to me now. Plus, I know I shouldn’t judge, but I absolutely hate the trout pout look that KP and many others are sporting now. I just don’t like it.

It's a tragedy -she was once naturally attractive , but something has gone horribly wrong .
I watched her on TV when she was decorating her "messy " house and cane across as desperate .
I don't know how she can afford all these procedures if she's bankrupt .
I know someone ,who has body dysmorphia .
She spends all her salary on cosmetic surgery and looks like something out of a horror film .
Her face doesn't move from botix injections and her mouth is obscenely swollen , she has exaggerated implants and fake tans and fake nails that are so long that she can't use her hands properly .
She was once really stunning .
Perhaps that's at the root of Katie's problems, somewhere.
The need to be loved unconditionally by a partner?
It's clear that her children do; seeing her and Harvey's love is quite beautiful.
It must be so uncomfortable and painful. I try to put myself in her shoes.
When I imagine all my skin pulled tight and two "beach balls" fixed to my chest wall, with stitches everywhere, this can surely only be made bearable by (mind altering) drugs to numb everything!
As I sit here in my own body, with it's (many) signs of aging I am proud to age gracefully and naturally with some sagging, wrinkles and cellulite. I am so grateful not to work in the entertainment industry. I am thankful to be loved as I am by my husband of many years.
Fame and fortune can "Do one".
I think she has mental health problems. Sorry but she looks terrible.

I think the late popstar, Michael Jackson, is the winner of plastic surgeries gone wrong.
Not at all. Never seen Jocelyn Wildenstein, the queen of bad surgery? Then of course there is Jessica Alves who started as a man, wanted first to be Ken Doll but then decided to be Barbie, so changed gender and now looks like a blow up doll. Katie Price and Michael Jackson don't come close.

When it comes to aging I will just quote Zandra Rhodes, who at 83 is still wearing her pink hair, bright blue eye shadow and thick black liner. She says "I don't look young, but I still look like me" I think that looking like me is probably the best way to go.
Zandar Rhodes is awesome! Im a fan of her aging style.
But then Zandra has a talent already in design, so she doesn't feel the need to sell other things.

Yes and sadly he gave in to the skin bleaching I think? Then got addicted to the painkillers?
I cringe when I think how painful it must be. Having essential surgery is bad enough.
I met Sam Fox through the MIND charity. She was a very active supporter.
She was much prettier in person than her Sun pictures.

I’ve seen pictures of her as a young girl - she was undeniably pretty 🤩
Because it’s how she earns her living I know it is sad

She was once so pretty.
why on earth would she want 'enhancements' she looks very strange now..

There is no blood coming from her ears. That blood is coming from the clips. She has had a full face lift. That means all the skin around the hairline is pulled ( and then obviously cut) then clipped.
I think she loves her children very much and I think she’s been very good with Harvey but she definitely has a mental health problem, probably body dysmorphia These women going to Turkey for bum lifts, tummy tucks and all sorts of facelifts are often quite overweight and often the last person you would expect would be so daft so shortsighted I know of two professional women here who you would think had got brains have both been refused stomach procedures by NHS as unsafe so off they toddle to Turkey 🙄
He’ll have health and social care funding. Hopefully she’ll have access to lawyers to get it all sorted properly. The rest of us are left to our own resources

I think her son might have lost access to his care placement due to the money she's earned meaning that his care should be funded by her? If he's over a certain age I dont know if the government would step in and provide for him in this desperate situation?
I read that she can't get legal aid and can't fund legal representation either, so I don't know how she will manage in court. It's certainly an awful time, especially for her son needing her care (or financial provision for care)He is an adult. She doesn’t have to fund his care
I don't know how care fees work. If she doesn't have to contribute, hopefully he's now back with whoever cares for him and feeling secure.
