I know that’s being a thread about this, but I can’t find it. The news today was all about water/sewerage increases and what they were going to do with the money.
Before I had a water meter, my utility bill (water and sewage, was £72 a month.
Since I got my water meter it’s £10.52pm. If everybody who got a water meter had a similar reduction in payment, the water authorities must be really hard up.
Might new water meters have contributed to the need for these proposed increases?
