I've been following this, so just wanted to say good news. I definitely understand the relief to find that your hearing is not getting worse. Hope all goes well now.

Morning - just thought I would update everyone who kindly listened to my problem with hearing aids. I got an appointment with technician at our Audiology department and lo and behold after all my worrying about ears/hearing aids it was found that both aids were faulty. They are less than a year old and one in particular was giving me no support at all. I am so relieved that it's not me or my hearing getting worse. Thanks to all who 'listened'.
