Good morning from a cloudy corner of La Sarthe.
How lovely to see five pages of greetings on this thread yesterday from various Gransnetters and good to see familiar contributors, like LauraNorderrr and Chrissielou posting, especially to hear of your daughter being well, Chrissielou. Mick deserves a medal for his conscientiousness in starting this thread each day.
I’ve been awake since 4.30 a.m. local time as my the sprouts and butternut squash at lunch yesterday haven’t agreed with me, to put it mildly! The cats were pleased to see me! Our injured one, Perry, enjoying some Christmas dinner in the photo, is recovering well but frustrated by being kept indoors after his injury on Christmas Eve. The photo of the hearth includes 18 year old Lola.
I hope all are well after the festivities and enjoy Boxing Day.
